In Sept. 2006, Century Dragon was invited by the Great Socialist People¡¯s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya Ambassador to participate the 37th National Day Celebration in Kunlun Hotel, Beijing.

Libya Enjoys a distinctive geographical position. It is the center of North Africa and has a coastline on the Mediterranean of 1955km. Its huge territory extends from the central Mediterranean coast of North Africa to the hills of North Central Africa. The size of Libya is 1760.000 square kilometers, and it is considered the fourth largest country on the African continent. Libya has an important strategic position and is a link between Africa and Europe and between eastern and western parts of the Arab world. Its harbors in Tripoli-Misurata-Bengazi-Bobrjk-Homs-Zuara are suitable for receiving ships all the year around. Libya played an effective role in the political development of this part of the world.

In politics, Libya and China are enjoying mutual support and exchanging consultation on the main regional and international issues.

The meetings of the consultations join commission between Libya and China are hold yearly with fruitful results which enhance the bases of friendship and cooperation between the two people.
