By June 2007, Dr. Fernanda Ilhéu, Secretary General of Portuguese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIL-C) has visited Beijing.

Portuguese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIL-C) was officially established in 1978, which is the first Portuguese institution that, in a systematic and persistent way, developed the economic and business relationship between Portugal, China and institutions and companies of both countries.
